I was very pleased with Robert,however today is the second time the hood on my vechile wasn’t not fully latched down,other than that I am pleased with my visit,and I will be back for the next service ????

Woody is the best! He's polite, enthusiastic, and explains things clearly. He went out of his way to be helpful, saw a problem and fixed it on the spot! Wow. If I lived closer, I'd bring the car to you for more service. And I will definitely be in for my 100,000 mile checkup some time this year.

Had to go back. Second my Sirius was disconnected. Called Rob annd he wanted me to return the vehicle for the 3rd time

As usual, Woody was professional and courteous. I forgot I had paid for the warranty, but he checked to see if it was covered and got the replacement tire for me. Wonderful service. Woody was busy out of the office and Josh(I think that was his name,) rang up my bill and went to pull up my car. Excellent, friendly customer service. Thank you!
