The front desk rep was conniving and extremely rude! He attempted to charge $50 to screw in a license plate. When I suggested that the cost was too expensive for the service, he began to ask demeaning questions about my annual salary and asked what year I purchased my car. He was loud, disrespectful, and embarrassing. I hate to assume that he felt entitled to treat me this way because of my race. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this organization & I want to now utilize a different location for future services and purchases (along with all of my family & friends who have patronized Metro Lexus). I do want to mention that when I reported him to the manage on staff, he apologized to me and covered the cost of screwing in the plate.
This location used to have top tier customer care! The experience that is offered now, clearly shows no interest in maintaining customers.

Ability to speak with your service advisor remains terrible. Your call is never answered and voice mails never acknowledged. This is not Lexus level service. Horrible service experience.

I dealt with about 4 people instead of just 1. You sent me a picture of my care lifted but never showed me pics of what you did. I asked about the cabin filter cause it wasn’t listed on my inspection and was told it doesn’t need to be replaced. I asked about the white powder blowing into my dashboard and was told something about my ac/heat was drying out and blowing. All they did was throw a price at me. I also called to check on the handle on my trunk and that it worked. Usually when I unlock my trunk door I can open it manually and it had stopped working. When I picked up my car the guy said he left a note on the other guys computer to check it and it wasn’t. I got an email telling me the amount due and to pay. I didn’t have a list of anything that was done so why would you send me a bill. I’m not sure if the person who has worked on my car the last few times gets an inspection of his work from his boss or they just push my car through. Nothing has been the same since Steve left years ago before all the restructuring. I don’t feel confident in your work or having to speak with so many people within a few days to make sure I was taken care of. Last time my key fab wasn’t working and you said you’d take care of it. I got the call everything was good to go. I knew something wasn’t right and of course I was right, my key fab wasn’t working. Luckily I checked it before I left. Not sure I’d come there again
