My service was an unwelcome surprise and I had not
scheduled time for it. He was able to give me a
loaner car immediately so I could get home. Everything
went smoothly and I got my car back the same day. I only wish they had had time to wash it.
Gabriela Marron was phenomenal in handling the scheduled service of my 2013 STI. She kept me updated with every step of the process via text and voice. All service items were performed in a timely and professional manner and I couldn't be more pleased. This is all why I drive 25 miles out of my way to Kirby - thank you.

This was my first service visit. I was not sure where to receive my car following service. I will return in six months for another servicing.
The people were great. The waiting area is very mediocre.
Dennis and the others were all being careful about covid. The work on the car was done more quickly than promised. Items were explained and the woman who checked me out was very helpful in determining an answer to a question I asked about.
Jim helped make the transaction easy on line since we were out of town. MY only suggest is that the Finance team provide the tracking number to the customer so we can more easily connect with the document package.

Dennis Espinosa was amazing!!! We ran into a slight problem with some of the recommendations and he figured out the difficult task with ease. He staid very professional the entire time and listened to what I had to say and I am very grateful he was the person that was helping me. I honestly will request him if possible every single time I come in for maintenance. I’m sure the other employees are great but he far exceeds the call of duty. Paul inspired confidence by accurately repeating my concerns when I dropped the car off. The front-end rattling that several other dealers failed to locate over 80,000 miles is completely fixed. Awesome job all around!
