The work was completed much sooner than we expected and he addressed many issues very practically.We left Ladin(thousand oaks) service and are very happy to have his care and guidance. It was discouraging to see the rep did not know what my vehicle was coming in for...I'm glad she double checked with me or my car may have gotten serviced for the same thing twice!
Also, why did the mechanics who serviced my car take my next service reminder sticker off, huh? That sticker is a great reminder for me to stay on track of my next oil change but your service mechanics took it off! Not bad service just minor irritations.
The cars been great. No problems whatsoever. I was in and out today in about an hour and now have a clean car and oil change.

Gabby was good, however the wait for my car was 1.5 hours longer than I was quoted at arrival and no one called me, I had to call and check in. Once I arrived, and paid, it took over 30 minutes for my car to be brought around. Once I was almost home I noticed my wiper fluid had not been filled (empty error message on dash, it was empty when I brought it in) and the tech did not put a new sticker for the future change in my window. Left me feeling unconfident that the service was completed at all. There were 3 recalls and the oil change, but doesn’t seem like that should take close to 9 hours, especially with an appointment made weeks in advance. Also, no one bothered to walk me through the results of the multi point inspection so I had to come back into the office to double check what the subpar readings meant and be sure I was okay to drive off the lot. Disappointing, will continue to go to my local shop instead of driving an hour round trip to the dealer.
