Although I was surprised that the promised service time of 1 hr 15 min was extended by 1/2 hour. I had an appointment and it was just an oil change service.

The estimated time for the service that i was given was an hour, I was there for a little over two hours, no car wash but a voucher was given to me. One of the door guards was installed damaged, when brought to the associates attention- they said you have a year warranty (but I shouldn’t have had a damaged part installed to begin with) she said they would order new parts they typically take 3 business days and said she would call me. This was on July 16th and I still have yet to hear from Gabriella. I’m a first time Subaru owner and second time vehicle owner, I never experienced this at Toyota

Gabriela said she was going to call me back this past Monday and never did. This is not the first time someone in your office fails to call me about my vehicle. Last time it was there for service my vehicle was sitting in your garage ready for me to pick up but no one had let me know. I had to call and ask about the status on my vehicle to find out. This last time around I felt like Gabriela only said she would call me back so she could get me out of her office. I left with a promise she would call to follow on a ongoing concern of my vehicle. Today is Wednesday and she has still to call me back. Also, l was not content with the mechanic answer that the noice coming from my car ‘was natural.’

I had an amazing experience with my service. Jason was absolutely the best and helped me out the entire time. I was provided a loaner car and was able to get on my way that day. My service was completed the next day and I was working on the ambulance the entire next day. Jason helped me out by allowing me to bring the loaner the following day once I was off work. Great experience all around, Thank you.

Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, he continued to deliver excellent service, and treated me and my family with a great amount of respect. This was my second trip down there for service since buying our Outback a little over a year ago. Each ttime I’m more impressed with your level of customer service. Everyone seems to be good at their respective jobs and make the process very seamless, at least for me. Gabby was there quickly, mask on, and answered all of my questions. When I went to get the loaner car, ( thanks for that, by the way) the woman I dealt with was clear and quick and I was on the road in 5 minutes. Same with returing the loaner and checking out. Easy process. As I’m driving from Santa Barbara, I really appreciate that things get done correctly, and quickly as possible. Thanks for all your work. Jason D
