Everyone was helpful. I do have one concern. When we got home I noticed many scratches on the paint of both the driver side door and front passenger door. There is a small chip on the front passenger door and I’m concerned it will eventually be vulnerable to rust. We were told at about the 3 week mark someone will call us to have us come by and show us all the bells and whistles of the car. I’m hoping the chip can be fixed or looked at then
Wasn’t planning on spending the day in Ventura. Thought I had an 1 1/2 hour appointment, ended up taking 5. Was given a loaner and enjoyed the day exploring the city.
