I was an emotional wreck when I came in.. I just lost my father on July 31st and my grandfather on Aug 2nd. My AC went out the day before the funeral in Las Vegas in 115 degree heat and I drove back home the night of the funeral. When I called, Anita said she didn't have an available appointment for 3 weeks. I broke down on the phone and she immediately proceeded to place me with Paul at 7am the next morning. I was 13 min late in the morning and emotional again but Paul handled me with grace, kindness, and completely professionalism. He then called later to tell me the inspection was complete and it was out of warranty so it would be 1100 but he had spoken to the service manager who graciously agreed to allow me to pay $100 and they would cover the rest.. with so much sorrow and grief lately.. and having to replan my wedding for the third time this year due to loss of venue, I don't know if Paul knows the true magnitude of the kindness he and his team showed me. I am forever grateful. I couldn't not afford a repair like that and expenses for the wedding... He's an incredible employee and more than that an incredible human along with Anita the cashier, the service manager, and Rodrigo who brought my my car when it was all done. This has been such a sensitive moment in my life and I was handled with care the entire time.. thank you so much. ??

Efficient and courteous employees throughout, including the young man that shuttles the loaners and mans the service retrieval podium. Your loaner car policy is invaluable for out of town customers like myself.

Issue wasn’t resolved.. Headlights still cloudy when turned on.. Spoke to service manager and he can’t do anything until his employee Paul comes back to work..I showed Paul the headlights were cloudy with the headlights on...
