Very positive experience; exceeded expectations. Less money than I expected; free loaner car; done sooner than estimated; dirty car clean. Oh and you have a dog park. Outstanding service and experience .

I brought my car in because of water spots. I just had the car in on July 30th for a reapplication. I have never had problems with water spits before. I was told it was a simple fix and there wouldn't be a problem at all. I am now having to bring my car back again since the job wasn't done well.

Although the service on my car took a long time, Dennis was very helpful and kept me I updated on the progression of the job. He arranged for me to get a loaner. All the staff were very professional.

My service advisor Gaby, do not know last name hit it out of the park!! My courtesy car was the same as mine, loved that, turn around time on service was perfect, Kirby even covers the steering wheel with protective plastic, you guys are the best I have ever had to service my vehicle!!

Dennis was a great service advisor, however he was unable to help me with my concerns. When presented to his manager, Rich Artelle things went completely worse. Mr. Artelle blatantly ignored my concerns with a motion of a shrug and said that “my mind was made up” and pretty much asked me to leave. Not even addressing my concerns about my 2018 Crosstrek, that was purchased here. I’m expecting a call from management and my concerns to be addressed.

Jason C. is so nice and easy to deal with. I trust him and everyone at Kirby to be honest and helpful. My dogs love coming along and visiting the dog park. In all, a day at Kirby is always enjoyable!
