Why do you no longer wash cars that are brought in for maintenance? This was a selling point now taken away. I was given a voucher to go to a car wash place but that illuminates the convenience.

Gabby came right out and helped as soon as I pulled up. She explained Paul is out for a while(he is my usual advisor) and got the job set up. Had a gentleman come over and clean up some scuffs on the front bumper. Also explained the open recall situation to me. . Car was ready in under an hour. Well done, Gabby!

Reilley was great. He communicated with me and provided timely updates. I answered "no" because after you had my car for two weeks,I still got a warning light as I drove home after picking up the car. The warning was for"Auto Stop Start Disabled." The light went out after I stopped and restarted the car, but it seems like the malfunction for which I brought the car to Kirby persists. So the people at Kirby are fine, but the car is a lemon.
