I have already submitted an order for a new Subaru to trade with my old but is going to take some time before they are able to put in the order so when that happen I will then want to get an appraisal of my old car.

My sales rep Mark did not place the order for my 2nd row sun shades that I had purchased when I bought my car. He told me he did order it and that they were ready to be installed so I scheduled the appointment, trusting that what he said was right. Once I dropped my car off ,the cilajet was completed, but I was informed the sun shades needed to be ordered. Now I will need to make a second appointment to have that done. Very unhappy with sales rep.
