I was extremely happy with my experience with Kirby. The only thing I’m unsure about was I did ask for the spark plugs to be replaced while the engine was out and I don’t see that on the repair summary. I was happy to find you. I have had really bad service at other dealerships. So, thanks.

I brought my car in to get the rear wheel bearings replaced and now they are grinding more than before. I have to take it back to get it checked out.

Jason is great and easy to talk to. However I still feel you should have iPads or another system. If I go through the trouble of making an appointment and put all kinds of services in the system just for you to ask you what I need when I get there is a little ridiculous to me.
