Dennis listened and explained what the options were. He was clear, patient and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. The problem seems to have been fixed, but, as it was an intermittent problem, it still remains to be seen.

Jason always takes really good care of me and my car. I think I’ve said it before, but I never feel pressured to fix something or install something. He always gives me a heads up when there is a major repair or replacement on the horizon, so it’s never a surprise when it has to happen. Loads of reasons why I make the trek to Oxnard from Sherman Oaks for my car service appointments.
