Dennis was very hospitable, knowledgeable, and a 10/10, but it seems as though either your inventory system is lacking, or your location is willfully servicing vehicles while unable to deliver the full service. I scheduled my service over a week in advance, and at 4pm, while my car was being serviced, I recieved a call that they were out of "spark plugs" and that it would be over a week before deliverables. I now have to schedule another service and deal with this during another work day. I am completely dissatisfied with your servicing, and will not be returning to your business moving forward. If your business wants to keep me as a customer, I will need some sort of compensation or a free servicing for my spark plug replacement. If not, I will be leaving a review on Google to inform other customers that they should expect the same. I hope that Subaru is able to make this right!

Thank you for the fast professional service and return of my vehicle. I really appreciated everyone who tried to fix my car and helped me get it back asap. The tailgate was not operating properly, my dogs were locked in the far back in a crate. The service people got me in immediately and fixed the problem with a motor in the rear lift gate. This could have been a terrible situation for me and my dogs. Thanks for the fast response to the service people it was fixed in one day.
