Mrs Wagner provided excellent customer service from the start to finish. She always took the extra step to make it a great experience & never forgot about us for drop offs or pick ups & was very patient . She had a constant comunicación with me & my husband Scott, to tell us what step the car was at & to make sure we agreed on every step. Very nice in person & over the phone. A service was provided I didn’t request and it cost me 400.00 I was shocked about. The service person said service 1,2,3 and 6 wasn’t covered by my maintenance plan then called me after all the work was done and said you were correct and it was covered except for this other service which I find out after the fact is nit part of 1,2,3,and 6 required things. I never was told the extra work was not part of the required maintenance and I would need to pay for it.

Our service was said to take 3-4 days. It took 2 weeks. It was fine that it took longer but would have appreciated a call and an update. We had to call and see what was going on.
Jessica was wonderful at explaining the services to me and getting me a Lyft when the shuttle driver forgot about me after 45mins.
I had an 8am appointment so I wouldn’t have to be there as long. To replace a part, I as told it would take 1-1 1/2 hours and it took 2 1/2 hours. On top of that, as I was leaving, the part that was fixed last time automatically fell apart on its own so i had to bring it back and another part will have to be ordered and I will have to drive all the way from Davis a third time. I’m not happy about this.
