Thank You. I’m satisfied with the service. Liked the text feature used to communicate- Nice touch. Honestly I haven’t had time to review the invoice/ write up on the problem the car had (under warranty) but will so as I question the numerous codes and problematic condition that seems to have only been caused by a sensor. As for the customer service it was greatly appreciated and having a loaner for 1 day was appreciated as well. Thank you again.

Took my car there bec it was trying to overheat, they said they awill replace the water pump since it’s due to be replaced and it’s probably bypassing the coolant blanks...and if that doesn’t fix the problem then I probably have a blown gasket. I had my personal mechanic check it and the first thing he saw was the oil was almost dry and also the transmission fluid was also almost none dry . I had to ask for a discount cause I was not happy with their diagnosis. I am more pissed off now because I found out they didn’t even check the basic . I should be reimbursed for the whole thing . The mechanic that checked it was supposed to have 20 years of experience . Was very very disappointed
