Racquet was great and the issues was resolved. On a separate note, I am shocked with the cost. I understand the labor rates and the great quality of your technicians. But, over $600 dollars for the part and labor seemed excessive.

Racquel saved what would have otherwise been a miserable day when the alternator failed on my TL (after 13 years and 300K+ miles). She advised me how to free the transmission lock and accepted the car for service immediately. I was back behind the wheel the next day. Great service!
