Guzman was very kind when he came out this morning said good morning with a smile on his face. I told him my dashboard said he took down everything he needed off of there then I asked him what time would he be finished? He said what time do you need it and I told him between 12 and one and he got it out right on time because I had children to pick up very pleased with my service today

The best service department in Northern CA. I work all over the State and have visited many dealerships for routine service and maintenance. In my travels I have had a wide variety of experiences with Honda Dealerships, but none have been as consistently professional and courteous as the one in Fairfield CA at Hopkins. I’m amazed at how well the staff communicates with its customers and went above and beyond for a top shelf experience.
