Service was fine. I was a bit bewildered that there was no wash this round as it was apologized that the service was down upon my last visit. My auto had been in airport parking for a while and I was a bit hopeful :(
Leon was such a friendly and helpful worker! I apologized right away how dirty our car was when I first saw him, which he didn’t mind at all. Come to find, once our car was done with maintenance... It was washed and absolutely clean! It was also kind of him to brace ourselves to see what the total would be for a B 1 7. All in all, I always have a great experience when I come in for service, but definitely giving Leon two thumbs up for taking such care of us and our car. Thanks, Leon and hope to have you serve us in the future, again!
We went there for 10K maintenance, but after the service the TPMS light is on. Then we went back again. The lady reset it and said wait for 40 seconds and we are good to go. So after around 2 minutes we drove again, but after 7-8 minutes the TPMS light turned on again. I called your Service dept again and again they asked us to go back AGAIN for hard reset. I just hope you took the time to fix it when we went back. Not satisfied with the service.
I always bring my car there at Hopkins Honda for an oil change. They're always polite and willing to answer any questions I have. Joel explained that the mechanics diagnosis my starter, alternator and battery. He mentioned that everything checks out good but the battery I purchased wasn't the type of battery the mechanics were a fan of. When it's time for me to replace it, I'll definitely come back and have Hopkins Honda replace it for me. Thank you Hopkins Honda.
