We called before driving to Fairfield for an oil change. We were told it would take an hour. I brought my car in and waited two hours, then went to the cashier and asked if I could just take my car. They had to look for my car and ultimately determined they sent it to the neighboring Acura dealership to get the work done. No one told me the wit would be so long. If I’d had a heads up I would have had someone pick me up or come back another day.

We had scheduled an appoinment for 730 am on the September 27th for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It wasnt until around 915 and when I asked what was going on with my car that someone decided to check. Almost 2 hrs later. The excuse was a tech had completed the paperwork and left it on the dash without informing anyone. Im not sure how long it had been before the car was done. I noticed people who had come after me have their cars serviced and completed. Unbelieveable...

Well I was really happy about the service I got from Josh is really good, but I picked up my car on the 26th which Josh was off and I was very disappointed because my insurance pay like 2300 ,and I my car to get worked on and And when I picked my car up yesterday which was the 26 it was filthy as hell because it’s been sitting outside for like two weeks 2 1/2 weeks,I have gotten service before at Vacaville Honda just for an Oil change they wash my car I was very disappointed in how I got my car back yesterday , so I called Josh to let him know and he said to bring my car back for detail which I highly appreciate but still it should have been done, When I picked it up thank you

Passage went above and beyond for me this week. I had a part that I was trying to get fixed under warranty since January 2019 and he was able to figure out who needed to fix the part (someone from a glass company) get them there, and get my part fixed all within 2 hours. I had already beef there for my oil change. I was able to leave with my scheduled oil change and the part fixed! I have a very busy schedule and he saved me a trip. Passage is definitely a great asset to your team and I appreciate his hard work! Thank you!!
Didn’t like getting notification about something wrong during “MPI” and your texted me with a phone number which was not Honda number, and text didn’t identify who sent text, and told me to read the email to find out what it was about. I didn’t know what MPI meant, I didn’t recognize your phone number and you didn’t identify who you were as it appeared as notification on my phone. I don’t answer calls or texts I don’t recognize...and finally, text implied some problem with MPI which actually nothing was wrong. Lots of communication problems here.
I had a scheduled appointment in the morning and my vehicle was not completed until almost the end of the day around 2pm-3pm. When I got there to pick up my vehicle I had to walk into the back parking lot to retrieve it. Typically my car would be pulled up ready to go but this time it wasn’t. The vehicle still had the tag on with the paper mat. Also my car was not washed. Last time my vehicle was serviced they washed it. Lack of communication with the time frame of my vehicle and also did not provide an estimate time. I took the initiative for the time frame, transportation & etc.
We were very satisfied with the service. Honda team member Lassa Olsen is very friendly, personable, and honest as he walked us through all the details of what needed be done and how we could best cut our costs in the process. During the procedure he kept us updated on the status of the vehicle. The problems on the vehicle had been properly addressed, and the service staff were kind enough to even polish up the outside of the car and clean the wheels, which was much appreciated. Keep uptake good work Lassa!
All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered... and I continue to receive excellent service from Mr. Olsen and Honda. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else????. And thanks for washing my car!!!
