I waited 2 hours, then found out my car hadn’t been serviced! As soon as I made them aware of it, the maintenance was done ASAP. Everyone, including the maintenance guy was really nice and helpful.

My service was wonderful I didn’t have to wait a long time he explained to me what they did with my mirror and also something else was wrong and I didn’t even know about it Ed fixed it and he let me know my Clock was losing a minute daily i am very pleased with Honda‘s performance very courteous Ed has served my car since I bought my Pilot very pleased. Steve I know this is about Ed but I didn’t get to do the survey about Roland he was very helpful when I was bought my pilot he took care of me he made appointment so he can teach me how to use my car I just wanted to you to know about Roland he spent a lot time with me also Thank you
The oil change and tire rotation took three hours. I was told it would be one and a half hours. It took almost fifteen minutes before someone checked my vehicle in for service.
