I cannot begin to express how impressed I am by the level of service I received from Lassa. He was welcoming, full of good cheer, and extremely knowledgeable— he made sure I understood the additional services required. I’ve previously received a printout/synopsis of required updates handed to me after each service visit. Not this time! Lassa, explained additional needs/updates in detail, provided quotes and timelines of when replacements are required, which honestly blew me away. He is an asset! He cares about his customers. This was the absolute best experience I’ve had at any Honda dealership (NJ & CA). You have a great team at this location! Jason rang me up and gave me a few good laughs— such a pleasant experience! I’ll be back to see my trusted advisor. Thank you, Lassa, for your high touch, first class service!

the car runs great but i was told it would take a hour and a half for this service. it took 3 hours.to long to change oil and rotate tires and check check fluids.
