At the onset I was told by Leon that he didn’t see any appointment @ 10:15 I just felt that I had to really, really assert the problem that we experienced with the automatic dim on Honda Accord. I was told need to wait until it gets dark and that I have to leave the car We would be brought home via shuttle Found it problematic coz that car is our only means of going around - I leave In d country area.- No loaner available per Leon Honestly I felt that I was a **** / felt that there was so much running around. Shld have done Step 1 Step 2 etc In the end they fixed it but still have a follow thru to see if it wold really work At this time Leon was friendlier and accommodating Thank you for allowing me to share my experience

Leon was great but I’m afraid the problem is with the navigation and I spent several hours with a Garmin tech and still haven’t resolved the issue- both perplexing and frustrating.
