Proactive communication, great customer service.
On my drive home to Sacramento the engine light was on again/still. The car was still having trouble shifting and shuddered when driving 20-30mph. Greg was amazing and super helpful and I am awaiting his return phone call to address the above issues.
Greg was kind and answered all our questions. The oil change and tire rotation were done more quickly than I had expected. I was very happy to start the new year knowing my car is fit.
