Ed Gumataotao is an OUTSTANDING service technician who has earned my trust. He makes a stranger feel like he has a friend in the business. Ed is very knowledgeable about Hondas, and he inspires the customer to believe that if they take good care of their car then the car will outlast them! I wish I could say the same about other Honda service technicians I have dealt with in other states but sadly there are those who do take advantage of customers. Ed has restored my trust in the honesty and integrity of dealers.
