We had an appointment for 8:30am but it seemed like they were over booked. We didn’t leave till 12:15. Our service person went on lunch at 11:00 am and got back at noon. We got a notice that our car was ready at 11:52, but we were ignored till our service person got back from lunch at noon.

Ernesto was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I have a trip coming up and wanted to make sure my car was good for a trip that’s kinda far away. Wasn’t forceful with recommendations and I did one more service than I had planned to. I’m happy to return for future services and Ernesto definitely contributed to that.
