Pablo was very friendly, informative, and patient with me. He took the time to throughly explain and review my maintenance plan and findings.I left the appointment feeling confident making informed choices moving forward. Got over charged, and vehicle wasn’t ready until the following day when it was simply an oil change. I didn’t want the “oil conditioner” I only wanted the $90 oil change coupon. But ended up paying $180. Terrible experience all the way around. When I called to fined out about my vehicle I couldn’t get through to anyone on Friday or Saturday. I had to wait an additional hour after I made contact before I heard that my car was just about ready. Again after an oil change that should only take 2 hours.
