Car was sent in for maintenance in the beginning everything was great Jay help to make sure warranty coverage was good and we put the car in for maintenance. 4 days later picked up car to discover after paying $800 the problem was still there. So since problem was not fixed even though we were told it was we asked for a courtesy vehicle or rental car since at this point we are being inconvenienced by a problem that was believed to be handled. So instead of making sure we were taken care of they said we are closed and quickly got my mother in law out of the building. Up til this point we had never had any issues with PHH but this is unacceptable. As a member of the Navy i have to leave home a little more than i would likeand while im away there are many things i worry about i never thought being mistreated by PHH would be one of them. Now my wife has to figure out how to do her day to day activities with no vehicle. I would hope that this issue could be fixed immediately with courtesy vehicle discount or something and no one else will receive the poor service we have.
Jae Lee Did best job for us . We love him. We will look for him again when we go there for our car. We will be happy to see him again.
We have always received excellent service from Hyndai auto service dept. doesn’t matter if the need is big or small. Javer manages an efficient service, family friendly.

It takes many days to fix my blue link head unit and finally got replaced the whole unit. However, it still not work after I called bluelink to activate the new unit. The rep said it shows activated on their end, but on my phone app still not connected so cannot remote anything function. They opened a ticket number but I didn't get any response after 24 hours so far.
Service was good but the car wasn’t washed properly. I still had to take it to a car wash.
Everything was great except that my car was not vacuumed inside. Not sure if that’s part of an oil change, but the exterior was washed well.
Thx jay and the gang for always being persistent to assist with the two Hyundai’s.
Got in early and got out on time promised.
He did a good job, only issue I had was I waited for about 10 minutes to be greeted and helped once I got in the building.
I am very happy with Javaer as he always provides excellent advice.
