Jae greeted me, asked for my keys to get information from my vehicle and was given the form with a safety enhancement for my vehicle. He wrote up the work order,and while I was waiting in the lounge, came to update me. He informed me that the tech had recommended 2 other services that needed attention and I informed him to go ahead. My vehicle was finished in the time allotted.
I wish to thank Joel for his excellent service. He was very easy to talk to and had clear answers when I asked about my car.
I always had my car serviced at dealership in the past such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, Honda and/ or Hyundai... Therefore, I am pretty familiar with good to great services but I have never had anybody like Jae Lee. He is phenomenal! Not only is he professional and excel in his job, he makes me feels that whatever car issues or struggle I have had, I am not in it alone. Jae is there to guide and gets things done. I would highly recommend Jae to all my families, friends, patients and acquaintances.
Truthfully, I was VERY impressed with Joel. He appears to be focused on providing excellent service. Is he productive from your perspective? I'm wondering how much responsibility this young person can handle before his efficiency starts to decrease. Maybe I should offer him a job... he seems to be a keeper.

Tino is a nice guy but there was miscommunication between him and finance that cost me way more than I was quoted. I'm very upset at paying more. I do not plan on taking my car back to this dealership for service
Joel was really great. The only problem i had was when my car was done the tape from wash was still on window. There were papers of unknown on my seat. Number was left on mirror also on floor.
The service I received yesterday was unsatisfactory. I waited for two hours to be told that they did not begin detailing my car. They expected me to wait another two hours. I was not given a car rental. I live far away and also have other commitments so I expect not to wait more than three hours.
