Came in to take advantage of a Hyundai flyer promoting a tire sale. After filling out and signing requisite paperwork, we both discovered that the sale was dealer-specific! Joel called his supervisor and got permission to honor the ad! It could’ve gone the other way, very easily! You have earned my business for the remainder of my ownership of a Hyundai vehicle!

Joel was very friendly and explained what would be done and said he’d let me know when my car was done, which he did. When I returned to pick up my car he quickly showed me where to pay and had my keys ready for me when I was through.
