At least right now I got back my car but frankly I do not know recall service of my car engine fixed "sudden death of engine" I experienced before. Also when I got back my car after service and drive back home, engine sound is noisier than before. I am trying to watch whether that noise keep continuing. I took my car in on Saturday (11/30/2019). I was told that they need to order parts for recall. On Monday, I got the call and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Wednesday, I waited until 4pm to call. I was told about 5pm that my car might not be ready to be picked up. I was not happy as my new car that was less then two weeks old would need that much time to be work on. I did finally got my car at 6pm on Wednesday because I was insisted and not happy. I took my car in as I was having a problem. I don't think if the problem I reported was being investigated. I think they only work on the recall. I was very disappointed that it was not their priority to work on my car that has been there since Saturday.
