The syncing of the two ignition key fobs was done within one hour of my nonscheduled arrival. Dan was his usual friendly self. Although a $95 labor charge is shocking I expect to remain a dedicated Cadillac fan. Thanks.

I had made an appointment for 9am, to then get there at 8:45 this morning and have them tell me that i did not have an appointment. To be honest and blunt, the girls who answer the phones for service scheduling, are not very friendly at all or of my help with questions. So i am just not surprised that my appointment was never actually scheduled. My experience with my actual service guy James Shriver was greAt, but leading up to wasnt as pleasant.
