Other dealership provides some snacks like small bags of chips in waiting room Seats in waiting room were completely worn out Leather. Really gross!! Pretty tacky when your selling new cars over $ 55 plus. Other dealer is North County GMC big difference.

Took my Cadillac in for rough idle issue. Service advisor was very dismissive of my issue. Said could not help me if there was no code. Told him there was a lot of issues with these on the internet. Said you can’t believe things on the internet picked up car still rough idle. Stopped at Cadillac in Escondido service advisor took the time to talk to me about the issue. Needless to say I will not be back.

Everything went well. I just wish they would have updated me on the reason for the extended wait time. The waiting area is a bit dirty and the aging chairs don’t look nice. Everyone was very nice and professional though.
