After having my vehicle for over two weeks just to do an oil change and a repair to the seat and navigation I finally got my car but they didn’t even take the time to wash it.
I appreciate them taking my car right away and providing a loaner but the communication from the service rep is not good or constant and then the time they take as if my car is not a property is very frustrating, especially when my loaner vehicle is so much smaller than my actual car. But for them to keep it so long and return it unwashed really upset me. Something that would NEVER have happened at the Mercedes-Benz dealership.
James is the best. I had a screw in my tire and didn’t have an appointment but James took care of me right away. Thank you!!

Initially the service process was smooth and timely. However, while the car was being serviced the vehicle took around 4.5 hours. Which was not to bad given that it was two services being done. After leaving the dealership within 45 minutes my check engine light came on for the first time since owning the vehicle. It was not easy to get a hold of the service department. Upon reaching a service advisor I informed them of the issue (check engine light on, vehicle had a pop that said “engine power reduced.) the advisor then proceeded to tell me that the check engine light was on prior to service. It is late Friday evening and the vehicle is not drivable and I requested to have vehicle towed to the Carlsbad Cadillac dealership but was informed that I would not be given a loaner due to the service department being closed, leaving me with out a vehicle for two days. I would like the vehicle fixed as there was no prior issues before today’s service.
I have had my truck serviced at Carlsbad Buick GMC twice in the last few weeks and have received unsatisfactory customer service on both occasions. Both times I tried to get a status update on my vehicle but never got a response to phone calls, text messages, voicemails, or inquiry’s through the Buick GMC online chat service. I appreciate the services to my vehicle, but have been very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication during the process. I truly wish there were more GMC dealerships nearby so I could avoid the poor customer service at Carlsbad Buick GMC.

Jay was absolutely beyond magnificent! Exemplary service. On the other hand your dealership has not resolved my issues with my car and I am unclear as to whether the vehicle and driving is even safe. But once again Jay is amazing!

Brought the vehicle in do you have a four-wheel-drive fixed. Nobody bothered to look at it all day. Came to pick up the vehicle and the keys were supposed to be upfront. Keys were not left out front so I stood around waiting until eventually a salesman came out and said that he actually had the keys in his pocket. I’ve now had no follow up on fixing the actual issue. I will definitely not call this a positive experience.
