When I knew Dan Ericson Service Manager at Cadillac/GMC/Hoehn said he would take care of our vehicle. I never questioned his word ...that he would take care of it the way I would. I work for our Country; I am a Senior Project Manager for DHS. and I take my Job very seriously over the years, I knew Dan Ericson does as well. He projects the professionalism I have come to expect from Cadillac.
I really appreciate Dan's great customer service. He really listened to my budget concerns and helped coordinate just the right menu of services. It was very helpful.
May I suggest a Saturday service option? It sure Would be helpful.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment. Not only did other customers who arrived after me get their car sooner but had I not marked my tires so I could verify they were rotated, I would not have known had not been rotated. I brought this to Dan’s attention. More time wasted while they rotated the tires. Brought truck in at 10:17 for my 10:15 oil change and tire rotation. Left at 1:30. Dan seem only mildly interested when I checked on my vehicle 2-3 times because I needed to get to Pacific Beach for an appointment which due to the above, I was late for. Needed the service because we are going on a driving trip, leaving t
tomorrow. Is this so hard?
Dan took the time to listen to my concerns and had the car checked out and ready in an acceptable amount of time. I really appreciated the quick turn around and the added nice surprise of my car being washed! ????
