Jay has great customer service and kept me well informed. In the pass I had bad service. Very happy that Jay assist me. First time he help me out and would like to have him take care of my future appts. The other person that I had to deal with before him was not a good employee with bad customer service. I had to call that person all the time for updates. Not with Jay he was on top of it!

Everyone I dealt with was really good. Seth is an excellent 1st face, setting the stage for a pleasant experience. Maria was on top of what I needed and was all business with a really pleasant smile. The service is fine.. my concern is my car with 22K miles burned through 80% of my oil before my next oil change is due and had to be topped off.(which is a big concern to me)I was told by the service department theTerrains are having ring problems and burning up oil. When asked what can be done to fix this problem I was told it has to meet a certain criteria to be under the warranty to be fixed. If that’s the case, I will have to get rid of a car I really like because I can’t be concerned about my new vehicle burning oil and DO Not think this iOS my responsibility to pay for.
