Trouble light for anti-lock brakes was reason for service. I was informed when I checked in that work would not be covered under warranty and I would have to cover rental car costs. I received a phone call that work was covered under warranty but unknown when part would arrive. I didn’t know if it meant a day or a week. I returned the rental car and picked up my truck at the end of day. I lost 3 hours from work plus the cost of the rental and did not get needed repairs done. I received a phone call today that part arrived and would need to schedule new appointment. I would appreciate advice on how repair can be expedited without additional cost for rental car or how repair time can be minimized.

A welcoming and efficient team led by James. The service team fixed a problem that has made me unhappy with my vehicle ( squeak in the rear end) and performed the other service quickly. I am a happy service customer.

Before I drove off, I noticed a stain in my backseat. I was told it was water. It was grease. My husband tried for 2 days to get it out. It was last Friday I picked up my car. You are closed on weekends. Even thou most of the stain is gone, you can still see a stain/ring. Not happy! Kim B

Although Maria was very nice and friendly (important traits to have!), she was confusing to talk to at times. She was not clear about what she was saying and why she was saying it - something about rodents in my engine... without really saying if I have them? Also, the service took far too long. I dropped my car off at noon and it would have not been finished until well after 3:00 p.m. I ended up having to skip the car wash (which is very disappointing) because I needed to pick my car up. For some reason, Maria said for the car to be done by 3:00 (which there is no way that would have happened anyway). I did not want my car there for long at all. She did not confirm with me the time of pick up, if I wanted my car quickly etc. She just assumed it would be okay, which it was not. I was coming from and going back to Solana Beach and didn't want to bet stuck in traffic. Further, I texted about 2 hours after I dropped my car - thinking it was close to being done - and did not receive an answer. I called and the service dept did not answer. Then I finally got through to Maria after basically demanding to be left on hold (10 minutes) until she picked up or to put me through to someone else. Once I did get on the phone with Maria, she said something along the lines of "oh the front desk told me you were calling all day and couldn't reach but you haven't been calling me all day." After being frustrated with lack of answers and how long my car was taking - this wasn't something I wanted or needed to hear. Then I found out my car wouldn't be ready for at least 45 minutes. My problem is that I work full time. I need my car for my job. An oil should take an hour or maybe hour and half tops. My husband also has a car through you and he's able to get his car done within an hour or so. He can even just wait for it. I have yet to have my car take less than 2.5 to 3 hours. This inconsistency is so frustrating. Maria was kind enough to comp part of my bill but I would much rather have my car in a timely manner AND have it washed. I love the sales side of your dealership. Everyone is always so helpful, kind, responsive and gets us amazing deals/service through the buying process. I cannot reconcile the vast difference in service I receive when I need a simple oil change. It should not be so inconvenient and infuriating. And no one in service seems to care. Last time I got my oil changed, I was told it was going to take an hour. So I decided to wait for my car so I wouldn't have to fight traffic on the 5 south to work and then have to turn right around to get my car. It ended up taking two and half hours. People were apologetic but that was about it. Like it was no big deal how off they were on how long it was going to take.
