In the midst of this coronavirus pandemic the service team was very professional & very clean & considerate of the possible transfer of germs. I was greeted with a team member in a mask & gloves & he placed my keys into a ziplock bag & asked me to come in to sign the release papers after wiping down the counter with a Clorox wipe. My car was done within an hour & a half too. My experience was great! I was hesitant about doing service during this chaos but they did an outstanding job.
James is very professional, and provided outstanding service as always! A pleasure to do business at Carlsbad GMC as long as James is our service advisor.

Under the current natinal COVID crisis it's nice to have dedicated employees to risk personal safety, not only to take care of Hoehn customers, but allowing for the continuity of operations. This type of loyalty needs to be rewarded.
