I was told a tire rotation was $54 but see $27 on the wall. Good thing I didn't overpay.

Today was a regular check up only to find another major repair that of course wasn’t under warranty.. as much as the service agent tried to get it covered he was only partly. Successful . Obviously Cadillac does not stand behind there product . We will be looking to get rid of this car and look at the lexis

Hoen has been excellent with service. Dan has almost always been my advisor each time & is great.
But I always in 2 years have received a car wash after service but didn't get one this time. I guess maybe COVID19 rules doesn't allow dealerships to do it? I went to carwash & bought one.

Dan as always did a great job, I just think that some times people who actually work on the cars, touch and mess with things they shouldn't. But Dan did great and it's always fun to talk a lil football with him. But yes...this time I was very satisfied!!

I was waitting for my car at the dealer; but I think that they delayed a lot for did the service to change the oil, review the fluids and rotate & check the pressure of the tires
