I was a little disappointed that you don’t give the complimentary car wash is anymore! Also tell James to change the radio station back to where it was when he got in the car!!!??????????????? Other than that it’s always a pleasant experience to come to Hoehn Motors thank you!! ????

Jay was awesome! My unhappiness comes from where I was promised to have a Cadillac loaner car when I would get it serviced. That was a huge plus for me when I purchased the vehicle. The first oil change I got , your dealership gave me a Buick. It was not even a nice one. Then the second one which was this one, they told me they dint have a car for me and that I would have to get a Lyft ride which you were going to pay. When jay ordered me one, he told me one is one the way in 15 minutes. A few minutes later, the Lyft driver cancelled. Then they said they were going to find another one in which I waited 5 minutes outside in the cold. No response from Lyft. So I told Jay I can’t wait any longer as I have a meeting in La Jolla in an 45 minutes. So I ordered and paid for my own Uber and went home. The dealership also told me no car washes at this point which I was like fine. If there’s no loaner car for me, then there shouldn’t be an option for it when I booked online. Then I would have had my wife drop me off and I would have made my meeting on time. Jay was very nice but the dealership system did not take care of me the last two times.

Totally dissatisfying. The car was there to have a tail light refixed from from when you replaced last December. Turns out you wouldn't fix it because you replaced the wrong tail light assembly in December. So you want to charge me another $630 to correct your original mistake. Criminal!
