I thought I let both the person I scheduled the appointment with and the person who checked me in that I got off work at 5pm and would head down to pick up the car after that. I got a text that the dept would close at 5 (door and website says 5:30pm), so I called the number. When I scheduled the appointment I was on hold for a long time, and I didn’t have time to do that while working so I left a voicemail letting you know I’d be down at 5:30. Nobody called me back. Not super thrilled.
Rachel is always helpful in understanding what my car needs.

The service writer and technician were transparent through the process; Roger was a personable and courteous driver; Jesse explained the benefits of having the trans flush and computer update done at a Honda dealership. The service was prompt and efficient.
Very professional prices were excellent and service was timely. Unlike basket Honda which cuts corners, did not replace my oil filter during a change, or over charge me, 100 dollar mark up for same break job for basket. Best shop in 100 miles will continue to drive an hour to take both my vehicles there.
Learned truth about what service invoice states. Will help me with decisions.

The tire lamp came on when driving home after service, and is still on. Why would this be when I just had the tires rotated?
