I thought I let both the person I scheduled the appointment with and the person who checked me in that I got off work at 5pm and would head down to pick up the car after that. I got a text that the dept would close at 5 (door and website says 5:30pm), so I called the number. When I scheduled the appointment I was on hold for a long time, and I didn’t have time to do that while working so I left a voicemail letting you know I’d be down at 5:30. Nobody called me back. Not super thrilled.

The service writer and technician were transparent through the process; Roger was a personable and courteous driver; Jesse explained the benefits of having the trans flush and computer update done at a Honda dealership. Very professional prices were excellent and service was timely. Unlike basket Honda which cuts corners, did not replace my oil filter during a change, or over charge me, 100 dollar mark up for same break job for basket. Best shop in 100 miles will continue to drive an hour to take both my vehicles there.
