Actually Rachel only made my appointment. I dealt with a gentleman and did not get his name. He was very thorough and polite.
One problem, I asked to have clock reset and marked on statement but never done. I was not charged for it but disappointed it was not done.

I didn’t feel pressured by him to make a choice, but rather felt he was understanding in what I wanted in a vehicle and he helped to make sure I found one that fit my needs and budget.
