Nathan has been great. My issue occurred during the weekend so the timing wasn’t in my favor as weekends are always busy. Nathan was realistic with me in letting me know likely it won’t be able to be looked at until Monday. He worked with me and 10am Monday I got a call with a status about me vehicle which was ahead of the time he told me. I was super happy to hear that it wasn’t as serious of an issue as I thought it was. He explained everything and answered any and all questions I had. I am a manager at my job so my schedule is super tight. Nate arranged an Uber to pick me up and take me to get my car as soon as it was done. I was able to get my car back and be back to work in time for my conference call! I am so appreciative of him and will be sure to return to this specific location and work with Nate in all future service. Thank you for much Nate. As a woman, I am always on guard at dealerships and Nate made me feel super at ease and comfortable with every visit to the service center. Thank you again!
