Honestly? 70% of the reason I keep coming back instead of going to someplace that may charge less, is because your man Arbennz, has been taking care of me for years and I don’t wanna go anywhere else, because of him!

I had questions that the technicians weren’t able to answer, but they said they would investigate and get back to me. They ultimately did not answer my questions or provide accurate information. I also did not appreciate the lack of options - $400 for a car battery is frustratingly high, especially since it included a warranty I did not need. Lastly, in recent visits my car has been washed as part of the service, and it was not washed this time. Ultimately, I was not satisfied with the service provided.

“DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE OTHERS DO UNTO YOU !” May seem a ludicrous understatement in the Corporate World ; but not to forget the Corporate after all comprises of Individuals who feel the same Pain & Anguish as that of any Customer, at the end of the day ? Kevin, Sean & Anton always give their Individual attention especially to my Handicap accessible Honda Odyssey, knowing truly well HOW MUCH THIS VEHICLE MEANS TO ME AND MY DISABLED WIFE IN OUR DEPENDENCY AND DESPERATE DISPOSITION ? I was sent a text for additional services from the 90 point inspection, I accepted the transmission fluid change , but he never ask knowledged me me , frustrated as I will have to come back to get it done
