My service on my car I was satisfied with. As always. Thank you. But I’m a little disappointed in the fact I asked for my car to be washed (I’m offered that option whenever I have an appointment), and the one time I wasn’t offered a washI requested it and when I got my car back it was still dirty. I also noticed this time plastic covers were not placed on my seat nor were there paper protectors placed on my floormat Listen, I know it’s a bit trivial but I’d like to think you don’t only offer this kind of service to people who JUST purchased their cars from you. I bought my car 9 months ago - so that may be the reason. 9 days, 9 months, 9 years, there should be some form of consistency with that level of customer service.

Michael was very kind and thorough while taking care of my vehicle. He helped my car repaired as quickly as possible and called me during the service and gave updates how the vehile was being cared. I was definitely satisfied with his services.
As expected, Luis and the entire Honda team were amazing, really good at their jobs.
Brought my 2024 Hybrid Sport Honda Accord in for service regarding fuel pump recall and to remove "Update error - see dealer" alert. Though I had an appointment,I waited in my car for approx. 20 minutes. Then was told at service desk that service would take 2-3 hours and that no loaners were available. No alternative transport like Uber or Lyft we're offered, meaning that I would be unable to do any of the chores I planned to do that day before needing to pick up my children from school. Finally, when picking up my car, I was informed that not hing needed to be done for the fuel pump and that they were unable to do anything about the update error because the "servers were down" and would not be up and running until the following week.
In short, due to one software defect and one manufacturing defect, I forced to forgo 3 hours of time which I sorely needed, only to have no effective work done on either issue.
Now, I have to return again next week in the hopes of the software update system being fixed. Given that am dealing with this many issues when my vehicle only has about 3k miles on it, this experience has somewhat soured my experience of Honda ownership.
