The service was completed as requested. However, Michael Fernandez, the tech that "assisted" my fiancé dismissed her questions and did not call her as requested when the car was ready. Unsure if this was sexist behavior from the tech but it was very unprofessional to dismiss her so easily in this manner.

The service was satisfactory, and Luis kept me informed on the progress of the work. I was a bit miffed that I was charged a $50.00 deductible service fee when I returned to the shop because the work was not completed on the 1st visit due to them having to order a part and resetting and error message on the display panel. I feel that fee should have been waived since it was a continuation of the initial visit. That left me somewhat doubtful that I would want to return for service or recommend your service department to others. Thank you, Steve Duckworth

Gerardo was great.. really professional the service was great the only thing that I didn't like was that Honda doesn't let customers borrow a car while they fixing theirs but everything else was great service
