I had an appt at 9:00 for just an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t get an update until 2:20! Almost 5.5 hrs later. My Saturday was pretty much gone.

Hi, When my car is there for a week and I tell the person 4-5 maybe even 6 times to make sure the things I told you were wrong are fixed. Yeah, yeah it's all taken care of. The one thing I said forget it was my head light wire burned now the head light burns out. Don't know if that's right but when I went to replace my front left (if your looking at car) light bulb for the third time in four yrs the people told me the wire was burned and if I put new bulb it's just going to burn out. So I've been driving at night with my high beams on waiting to get a ticket. Honda said it would be 7 or 800.00 to fix it. I said forget it. That the only thing that should not have gotten fixed. The inside light is still out. The break still sets it self every time you put it in park. It never used to do that. The inside lights are always burning out. I could go on and on but ill spare you. The things not fixed are the reason why I'm not real happy. I don't like to be told everything is taken care of and it's not. You guys don't have loner cars so when I bring it back I'll be with out a car unless I rent another one. Thank you Debi Nickerson
