Mr. Delano Nichols went above and beyond today! Additionally, Mr. Walter Alvarado demonstrated his superb customer service skills by ensuring that the parts provided over to the technicians were in pristine condition and readily available when needed. Both of these gentlemen played a crucial role in ensuring that myself, as an avid customer, continue to go nowhere else for all my car services than Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine, CA. I would highly recommend Mr. Walter Alvarado from the parts service department as well as Mr. Delano Nichols for a customer service of the year award! Please ensure that the Norm Reeves Management is made aware of their services. Thank you.
