I requested replacement of the rear wiper. You don't carry one in stock, really, not one! I look forward to someone texting me and saying come on in we have your wiper AND you won't have to wait more than an hour!!!!!

Arbenz is very professional, thoroughly explains everything, no surprises. Had an appointment, the wait time was reasonable, the waiting room, comfortable, free, coffee, yahoo! I also like the new feature where the tech sends a video text message showing my car and goes through what was assessed/inspected. Very cool!
