Always have outstanding service at Honda. Nathaniel was great. Always kept me in the loop about how the maintenance was going. Sent me pictures of the parts that might need some cleaning and gave me an excellent eta. I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience.
My Service Representative, Mr. Hussein, was outstanding! He was professional, kind, kept me informed what was going to happen, said I would be notified when the software update was completed, etc.
My unhappiness was that no one answered the service lines calls when I was trying to figure out if the car was actually ready to go. I waited 10 minutes on hold without a single person picking up the phone.
Was not ready on time. Suggested work that was already done to car recently ( at your own place , don't u guys have records?)
As ALWAYS, Matthew was exceptional. I have a Honda dealership down the street from my house in Rancho Santa Margarita, but I drive to Irvine because of Matthew. Best customer service ever.

Matthew was a great help today. When I inquired and requested the drive-thru car rinse service with the oil change for my 2011 Honda Element, he noted my job order with a bright forest green marker showing “wash,”
Unfortunately, they returned my vehicle unwashed but fulfilled the oil change.
