Delano provided outstanding customer service. I added two additional services after my oil change was completed. Since my request came in around 4pm, I was I uncertain if I’d be able to have the two additional services completed before close and that I’d have to schedule another appointment. Delano checked in with the technician and ensured that my car would be complete in time. I was able to have my car successfully serviced and Delano also saved me from having to make an extra trip. Lastly, he provided a small discount which was helpful since I wasn’t expecting to pay for additional services beyond the oil change. Thanks so much, Delano!
The only complaint I would say is that it too long. I had an appointment at 3PM for basic service and it wasn't completed until 3:45. Otherwise your staff has always been very polite and never real pushy like so many other dealerships
